We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Maintenance sector in Tallinn, Estonia.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and support customers, visitors, and partners throughout their stay, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
Coordinate transportation, travel arrangements, office preparation, and customer-related logistics
Organize customer meetings, events, and hospitality activities, including after-hours engagements when required
Collect customer feedback, support client retention initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams
Perform administrative tasks and proactively report any issues impacting assigned responsibilities
Main Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Estonian
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and deadline management skills with high accuracy and punctuality
Energetic, outgoing, and positive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to represent the company professionally
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Valid Category B driver’s license
