    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>SyBridge Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineering<br>Lead to oversee and guide the design engineering team in developing innovative and high-quality products, tooling, and components. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with leadership experience and a passion for driving design excellence in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</p>\n<p>The Design Engineering Lead is responsible for managing design projects, mentoring engineers, and ensuring that all design work meets quality, accuracy, and customer requirements.
