Track and manage Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) throughout the installation lifecycle, ensuring records are completed, signed, and traceable to requirements at each inspection point. Interface regularly with project leads, AITs, and subcontractors as part of the three-party QA structure (AIT, AIT Manager/OSIC, NSA/RMMCO) to coordinate OQE deliverables, monitor submission status, and escalate gaps before they impact program milestones or ship certification. Support QA oversight activities including surveillances, Trouble Reports, and audits in accordance with the AIT Manager’s Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP). Maintain a database of GDMS and sub-contractor employee certifications. Provide reports on expiring certifications and take an active role in ensuring the company has required certifications.
