This role is responsible for building secure, scalable integrations leveraging OIC, ensuring real-time and batch data flows that support store operations, inventory accuracy, omnichannel fulfillment, and enterprise business processes.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST, SOAP, File-based, and scheduled orchestration flows.</li>\n <li>Develop APIs and integrations to support omni-channel retail capabilities such as order management, POS, inventory, pricing, loyalty, merchandising, and eCommerce.</li>\n <li>Integrate Oracle SaaS, on-prem retail systems, third-party applications, and cloud services across the enterprise.</li>\n <li>Develop reusable integration components, frameworks, and templates to accelerate delivery. </li>\n <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data flow issues in production.</li>\n <li>Ensure high reliability and resilience of integrations supporting store transactions, supply chain operations, and financial data.</li>\n <li>Implement alerting, dashboards, and automation for proactive incident response.</li>\n <li>Partner with POS, ERP, eCommerce, WMS, CRM, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.</li>\n <li>Work closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to translate business processes into technical integration designs.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with external vendors, Oracle support, and implementation partners as needed.</li>\n <li>Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li>Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments. </li>\n <li>Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Supervisory Responsibilities </h1>\n<p> </p>\n<p>No</p>\n<h2></h2>\n<h1>Essential Qualities for Success</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>3–7+ years of experience in integration engineering or middleware development.</li>\n <li>2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, and API-based integration.</li>\n <li>Experience integrating both Oracle SaaS and on-prem retail systems (POS, ERP, WMS, eCommerce, etc.).</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in high-availability production environments.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, scripting (Python, Bash, or Groovy), and automation tools</li>\n <li>Retail or omnichannel commerce experience.</li>\n <li>Exposure to Oracle Retail (Xstore, SIOCS, RPM, ReSA, etc.), Oracle ERP, or WMS platforms.</li>\n <li>Experience with OCI, AirByte, Dell Boomi, or other integration tools.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, or API gateway technologies.Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h1>Physical Requirements  </h1>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.</li>\n <li>Ability to navigate and access all facilities.</li>\n <li>Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.</li>\n <li>Close vision for computer-related activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000 annualized and is bonus eligible.
