Matchpoint is an award-winning, AI-powered, automated media supply chain that transforms how media and entertainment companies manage and deliver streaming video assets. It was developed to address the challenges facing studios and content owners due to rising costs, complexity, and scale, by replacing manual, labor-intensive workflows with an intelligent, end-to-end system that works across hundreds of global FAST, AVOD, SVOD and CTV platforms via the product suite – Dispatch (content onboarding and delivery), Blueprint (app building), and Insights (analytics) – which provides real-time control, transparency, scalability, and operational efficiency. With the recent additions of Giant Worldwide and IndiCue, Matchpoint uniquely combines automation, enterprise-level execution, and advertising technology – going beyond traditional infrastructure to provide enhanced monetization, real-time content optimization, and high-volume distribution.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Management Team to ensure smooth fulfillment of client orders. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, and input client orders into internal project management system
Request source assets from clients via email or via client systems
Maintain production schedule based on client needs, due dates, and SLA
Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure deadlines and client specifications are met
Verify ingested assets meet minimum requirements and reject if they do not
Ingest inbound source files to internal production servers
Maintain asset repositories to ensure proper cataloging and archival of assets
Provide daily updates on project statuses to local and overseas Account Management teams
Communicate customer feedback to Account Management team
Escalate rejections and/or delays in production to Account Managers
File tickets for external rejections
Perform other basic administrative duties as required
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
Experience with MS Office 365 suite of tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Dedication to quality with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to prioritize based on immediate needs and changing production schedules
Previous customer service experience preferred
Experience with Smartsheets is a plus
