The Regional Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the assigned programs' Clinical Supervisors. In the absence of a Clinical Supervisor, this position will oversee the treatment facility's clinical program/clinicians. This position includes fostering compliance with clinical and regulatory standards and ensuring clinical and administrative services are provided for patients and their families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides supervision of clinical staff at multiple CTC locations and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Make staff assignments and create schedules at multiple CTC locations; updates support staff when changes are made.</li>\n <li>Monitors counselor’s compliance at multiple CTC locations with productivity requirements and develop improvement plan when requirements are not met.</li>\n <li>Ensures quality patient care at multiple CTC locations; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed.</li>\n <li>Performs chart audits at multiple CTC locations and communicates results of audits to staff.</li>\n <li>Assess level of care for patients at multiple CTC locations; conducts treatment plan review as required.</li>\n <li>Participate in reviews at multiple CTC locations ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Assists at multiple CTC locations with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.</li>\n <li>May also be involved in crisis intervention and work as a liaison within community at multiple CTC locations.</li>\n <li>Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff at multiple CTC locations.</li>\n <li>Adheres to company standards of conduct as delineated in the Acadia Corporate Statement of Ethics.</li>\n <li>Ensures Compliance with Opioid Treatment Program Division operating policies and procedures at multiple CTC locations.</li>\n <li>Provides supervision to counselors as needed at multiple CTC locations.</li>\n <li>Develops and provides clinical training to Clinical team at multiple CTC locations, as needed, to enhance counseling skills, therapeutic techniques, and documentation skills.</li>\n <li>Reviews clinical program adherence to policies and regulatory standards on a semi-annual basis.</li>\n <li>Reviews KPl's and develop improvement plans, as needed, at multiple CTC locations clinics related to counselor productivity, 90 day retention rates, admissions, and no shows.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in human Services, psychology, social work, counseling, or mental/behavioral health-related field is required.</li>\n <li>3 years of full-time professional clinical experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, including outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical leadership experience in a supervisory or administrative role.</li>\n <li>Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of individual and group counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Knowledge & Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and practices, including the use of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention, with the ability to train and guide staff in their implementation.</li>\n <li>Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.</li>\n <li>Has working knowledge of all applicable federal and state rules and regulations, in addition to accreditation standards governing the CTC Division.</li>\n <li>Proven oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and Joint Commission requirements, with a focus on maintaining audit readiness.</li>\n <li>Proven success in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, case managers, and peer support staff, to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, education, training, and customer service skills, as well as an understanding of the principles of Clinical Services, Compliance, Quality, and Policy Management, are required</li>\n <li>Experience in developing and implementing clinical staff training is highly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in the state of NC.</li>\n <li>Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) in the state of NC is required or must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal, and local laws.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AHCTC</p>\n<p>#LI-CTC</p>\n<p>#LI-JW1</p>",
