      "value": "<p>We are looking to incorporate a professional into our <strong>Materials Characterization and Testing area</strong>.</p><h3>What will your day-to-day look like?</h3><ul><li>Planning and monitoring of laboratory operational activities.</li><li>Identification and selection of new equipment and/or accessories based on needs and feasibility.</li><li>Design of custom equipment and improvement of testing systems to ensure technical viability.</li><li>Provision of testing services and technical advisory to both external and internal clients, particularly within the transport and mobility sector.</li><li>Preparation and review of technical reports.</li><li>Ensuring the implementation of requirements and activities related to the quality management system, including participation in internal and external audits.</li><li>Monitoring and proposing tasks for the development and implementation of new testing methods.</li><li>Identification and proposal of equipment needs.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures and occupational health and safety requirements, including identification of improvement actions.</li><li>Participation in R&D projects (proposal and execution), either as part of Research Groups or as Principal Investigator.</li><li>Visits to key clients related to the sector.</li><li>Participation in dissemination activities: technical workshops, conferences, articles in newsletters and sector publications, etc.</li><li>Participation in training activities related to the area of expertise.</li></ul>"
