The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, and dependable, with a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-location home. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The schedule runs Friday through Monday, 40 to 50 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and service-driven professional seeking a long-term role with a warm and collaborative family.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Meal prep and cooking for the family</li>\n <li>Laundry management throughout the home</li>\n <li>General household organization and tidying</li>\n <li>Light organization projects as needed</li>\n <li>Occasional childcare supervision when parents are away</li>\n <li>Morning support during children’s wake-up routine</li>\n <li>Occasional evening coverage through approximately 9:30pm to 10:00pm</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously</li>\n <li>Multilingual candidates strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent</li>\n <li>Ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-moving household</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a household or family assistant role</li>\n <li>Valid passport required</li>\n <li>US work authorization required</li>\n <li>Willing to relocate, if not already local; relocation assistance open for discussion</li>\n <li>Excellent, verifiable references</li>\n <li>No driving requirement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$114,000++ per year</li>\n <li>Relocation assistance open for discussion</li>\n <li>PTO and Holidays</li>\n <li>Monthly healthcare stipend</li>\n</ul>",
