          "text": "<p>ESSENTIAL</p><p>➢ Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.</p><p>➢ Maintain proper rotation of products in chillers.</p><p>➢ Must have a very flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and AM &amp; PM shifts.</p><p>➢ Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.</p><p>➢ Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.</p><p>➢ Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.</p><p>➢ Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.</p><p>➢ Set up all tables in the dining room for appropriate shift.</p><p>➢ Prepare iced tea, coffee, espresso, juice, hot chocolate.</p><p>➢ Stock necessary equipment, including linen, china, glasses, cutlery, and supplies to maintain proper meal period table settings.</p><p>➢ Maintain proper settings on tables during course of shift.</p><p>➢ Clear tables quickly and efficiently upon completion of courses.</p><p>➢ Complete cleaning duties utilizing corporate SOP checklist. (dusting, sweeping, wiping, polishing, etc.) MARGINAL</p><p>➢ Prepare lemon by cutting in wedges.</p><p>➢ Serve guests in waiter’s absence.</p><p>➢ Maintain beverage levels in glasses on tables.
