You are the connecting link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments including production, purchasing, and logistics.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your ability to verify details, identify missing information, and coordinate internally has a direct impact on order accuracy, production efficiency, and on-time delivery. This is not a clerical role, it is a coordination role that requires ownership, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in getting the details right.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>· Serve as primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives</p>\n<p>· Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations for doors and replacement parts</p>\n<p>· Accurately enter and validate orders within the ERP system</p>\n<p>· Review technical and commercial details before releasing orders to production</p>\n<p>· Coordinate internally with production, purchasing, and logistics to prevent delays and ensure accuracy</p>\n<p>· Track order progress and proactively communicate updates</p>\n<p>· Maintain organized documentation and structured records</p>\n<p>· Research and quote parts with attention to technical specifications</p>\n<p>· Support continuous improvement in sales operations processes</p>\n<p>· Provide professional communication via phone and email for customer support</p>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<p>· Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing (manufacturing preferred)</p>\n<p>· Experience working with ERP systems</p>\n<p>· Strong organizational and time-management skills</p>\n<p>· High attention to detail and accuracy</p>\n<p>· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment</p>\n<p>· Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product specifications</p>\n<p>· Professional communication skills (written and verbal)</p>\n<p>· Self-starter mindset with strong team collaboration skills</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>· High Competitive salary based on experience - $18.50-$23 per hour</p>\n<p>· Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</p>\n<p>· 401(k) with company match</p>\n<p>· Paid vacation and company holidays</p>\n<p>· Strong growth opportunity within a global manufacturing group</p>\n<p>· Direct impact on building and scaling a modern factory</p>\n<p>· Leadership visibility and career advancement opportunities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#IND1</p>",
