    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>This position is a level 1 maintenance employee. Completes simple repairs and maintenance to equipment.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair and/or remove defective parts to install replacement parts.</li>\n <li>Observe, dismantle and examine simple mechanical devices and parts toidentify and locate issues.</li>\n <li>Examine parts to detect imperfections. Requires the use of rulers, calipers,micrometers and other measuring instruments.</li>\n <li>Starts devices to test their performance.</li>\n <li>Lubricates and cleans parts.</li>\n <li>May set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder and other metalworkingtools to make and repair parts.</li>\n <li>May initiate purchase order for parts and machines.</li>\n <li>Perform welding tasks as necessary.</li>\n <li>Schedule preventative maintenance on all equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum Job Experience Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3 months – 1 year of related work experience</li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.
