With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Electronics Technician supports all assigned maintenance activities with a focus on electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and safety compliance. This role is hands-on and responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of a wide variety of electronic and electrical equipment in a nonwoven industrial environment. The technician must be knowledgeable in medium and low voltage systems, industrial protocols, and precision calibration techniques.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Primary Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems including GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.</li>\n <li>Program, tune, and repair VFDs including Siemens G120, Masterdrives, Yaskawa, Emerson, Toshiba, and Lenze.</li>\n <li>Recognize and isolate medium voltage systems (4kV and 12kV) and establish Electrically Safe Work Conditions (ESWC) in line with NFPA 70E.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot 480V, 3-phase systems and understand safe LOTO practices.</li>\n <li>Calibrate and validate electronic and pneumatic instruments.</li>\n <li>Interpret and occasionally modify electrical schematics and PLC programs.</li>\n <li>Understand and troubleshoot analog signal and communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet).</li>\n <li>Use CMMS to enter work orders, log maintenance activity, and request parts.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with shift teams, planners, and engineering staff.</li>\n <li>Ensure clean, organized, and safe work areas; participate in safety and schedule meetings.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s Degree in Industrial Electronics or related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience considered.</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of industrial electronics maintenance or reliability experience.</li>\n <li>Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and control systems including low and medium voltage equipment.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and PPE requirements.</li>\n <li>Experience in interpreting and working with electrical drawings and instrumentation.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently on a 12-hour fixed day shift schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements & Work Environment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in tight spaces and elevated areas throughout 12-hour shifts.</li>\n <li>Exposure to industrial noise, heat, humidity, cold, and chemical environments.</li>\n <li>Work performed in and around fast-moving production machinery.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable using PPE and navigating production floor safety requirements.</li>\n</ul>",
