TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Trauma Center </li>\n <li>Primary Stroke Center </li>\n <li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care </li>\n <li>Pediatric Intensive Care </li>\n <li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. </p>\n<h2>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs managerial work providing guidance in strategic operations and planning of section. </li>\n <li>Work involves utilizing policy and procedures, establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting section; coordinating and evaluating section activities; reviewing budgets. </li>\n <li>Works under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. </li>\n <li>Coordinates Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in the outpatient orthopedic and pediatric setting. </li>\n <li>Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician. Plans, organizes and implements specific treatment programs or individuals’ patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports: </strong>Rehab Director</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervises: </strong>Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, Rehabilitation Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy (Master's or DPT), or Speech Therapy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three (3) years job related experience to include both clinical and supervisory experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Licensure in the State of Florida.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in becoming a part of TMH’s legacy of quality & compassionate healthcare, we want to know you.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Please submit your application & resume TODAY!
