font-size: 12pt\">«Հայաստանի մանուկներ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը (ՔՈԱՖ) բարեգործական կազմակերպություն է, որի նպատակն է բարձրացնել Հայաստանի գյուղաբնակների կյանքի որակը համայնքային զարգացման երեխայակենտրոն ծրագրերի միջոցով: Հիմնադրամի համակողմանի ծրագրային մոդելի իրագործումը սկսվել է 2004թ., և այդ ժամանակից ի վեր իրականացվում են կրթական, առողջապահական, սոցիալական և տնտեսական ծրագրեր, ինչպես նաև հիմնանորոգվում են համայնքների համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ենթակառուցվածքները: Այս ծրագրերի շահառուներն են Հայաստանի Արմավիրի, Արագածոտնի, Լոռու բնակիչները:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">2015թ. սկսած՝ ՔՈԱՖ-ը մշակել և իրագործում է ՍՄԱՐԹ նախաձեռնություն: ՍՄԱՐԹ-ը կրթության միջոցով առաջխաղացում է ապահովում գյուղականաբնակների համար, ինչի արդյունքում շահում են անհատները, հասարակությունը և միջավայրը: Որպես զարգացման օրինակելի մոդել ՍՄԱՐԹ-ը կկրկնօրինակվի Հայաստանի այլ մարզերում և համայնքներում:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); COAF’s target development areas are education, health, social and economic development. COAF launched its programs in 2004, starting in one village and expanding to 66 villages in Armavir, Aragatsotn, Lori, Shirak, and Tavush regions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Since 2015, COAF has developed and started implementing</span><a href=\"https://www.coaf.org/en/smart-initiatives/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> SMART Initiatives</span></a><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">.
