          "text": "<ul><li>Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario required</li><li>Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred</li><li>Certificate in Oncology Nursing and/or CNA Oncology Certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an Ambulatory setting preferred.</li><li>Oncology nursing experience required</li><li>Current B.C.L.S. certification required.</li><li>Chemotherapy / Biotherapy certification preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating care</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Evidence of co-operative and facilitative relationships while working with a multidisciplinary team, and the ability to work independently</li><li>Evidence of good psycho-social and patient / family teaching skills</li><li>Demonstrated leadership / in-charge skills, and evidence of strong organizational and decision making skills</li><li>Evidence of commitment to self-directed learning</li></ul>",
