ID Checkers must be warm, observant, and welcoming, and ensure the friendly ambience that is a Flanigan's trademark. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor the restaurant.</li>\n <li>Aid management when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, read and write English.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and the mobility to move about, at a strenuous pace, for up to four (4) hours at a time.</li>\n <li>Bend, stoop, squat, crawl and to frequently lift objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.</li>\n <li>Able to reach and grasp objects and have the coordination necessary to handle tools and operate equipment.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid Florida State \"D\" license.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) Day Work Week.</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years. </li>\n <li>Health Insurance – Medical & Dental Programs Available. </li>\n <li>401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
