    "description_html": "<p><strong>SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>Under the direction of the Group Lead, perform the duties assigned will involve operating the pultrusion machines, inspecting rod bodies, packing rods, and moving rods to assembly department and dealing with scrap rod bodies.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate the Pultrusion Machines.</li><li>Maintain visual contact with machine.</li><li>Continuously monitoring the quality of the process.</li><li>Fill out documents and reports as instructed.</li><li>Inspect the rod bodies</li><li>Thoroughly go over rod bodies looking for defects.</li><li>Place good rod bodies in crate and place scrap rod bodies in scrap location.</li><li>Fill our documents and reports as instructed.</li><li>Packing rods and moving rods to assembly.</li><li>Dealing with scrap rod bodies.</li><li>When time permits make pony rods out of specified scrap rods.</li><li>Wear required PPE.</li><li>Follow all policies and procedures communicated by Endurance Lift Solutions.</li><li>Accomplish all the above task keeping safety and housekeeping a priority.</li><li>Attend Basic Safety Training and exhibit behavior consistent with training.</li><li>Attend Safety Meetings and exhibit behavior consistent with safety culture.</li><li>Attend Basic course on Waste Elimination and 6S, exhibit knowledge obtained in training.</li><li>Employee will be assigned other duties as needed.</li></ul>",
