    "description": "<p>Job Description</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Relationship Manager with a best-in-class track-record:</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel</li>\r\n<li>Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services.</li>\r\n<li>Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.</li>\r\n<li>Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.</li>\r\n<li>Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.</li>\r\n<li>Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.</li>\r\n<li>Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.</li>\r\n<li>Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Minimum Qualifications</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships would be an advantage but not essential.</li>\r\n<li>Strong people person and an expert in two-way communication (oral and written). Ability to build relationships, influence others, and obtain results through working with others.</li>\r\n<li>Organized, high energy, and results driven, capable of being a leader within the company.</li>\r\n<li>Superior problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, root causes, and solutions.</li>\r\n<li>Able to work with a diverse team.</li>\r\n</ul>",
