We are seeking someone with previous experience as a Maintenance Technician. Someone with excellent people skills, maintenance skills, and bilingual in English/Spanish.</span></p><p style=\"background: #FFFFFF; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Helvectia, serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp;The ideal candidate will have preferably 2-5 years of janitorial management experience overseeing a wide range of facility types and sizes ranging from 100k-1mm sq. ft. single &amp; multi-tenant facilities. Experience with Floor and Carpet Care is a Plus. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills are a must.
