font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As a Senior Accountant, you will produce monthly financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, developing controls and procedures, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles, assistance in budgeting, forecasting, tax and audit processes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Transactions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform month-end and year-end closing process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain an orderly accounting filing system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Implement and monitor system of controls over accounting transactions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and review monthly reconciliations of significant general ledger accounts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Process and review monthly bank reconciliations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the chart of accounts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting methodologies and data accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and improve manual processes, automating processes where required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Verify the quality of the financial-accounting information in order to record and control the economic facts under IFRS standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare reports and accounting closings (monthly, semi-annual and annual).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate and actively attend requirements related to internal and external auditing processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Review and act in terms of regulatory compliance with IFRS standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare reporting and reports for the parent company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge in Fixed Assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Elaborate and maintain account analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supervise and analyze balance sheets of the companies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supervise fiscal issues (VAT and CORPORATE TAX).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Accountant Auditor, Commercial Engineering or Administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of financial statements, IFRS regulations, monthly and annual taxes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5 to 10 years of experience in the indicated tasks in multinational companies, closing financial statements with reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working in accounting for international companies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
