    "description": "<p>Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you one to notice things that are off or maybe not quite right...maybe some would say a perfectionist? If so, you just may be what we are looking for in our QC position. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidates MUST HAVE at least 6 months of relevant QC experience to be considered for this position.</span></em></span></p>\n<p>This position is full time and offers a M-TH 7 AM - 5:30 PM schedule with overtime as needed on Fridays. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Daily functions for this position include:</span></span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Inspect cabinet finish: feel cabinet to assure cabinet and parts are smooth to the touch. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Check color to sample and paperwork. Check cabinet for proper finish - satin, semi, flat, glazing, oversand, distress, etc. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Check plans to ensure all finished ends are finished and pass color and feel test. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Compare measurements to plans. Check for wide stiles, extended ends, longer stiles, top and bottom rails. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Door and drawer front style - check plan to assure all doors and fronts are correct (size, profiles, etc. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Check hinges for proper style (color, number, and style) and placement of hinges. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Check plans for all accessories including roll-outs, breadboards, spice racks, tip outs, etc. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Drawer Slides - check for proper slides. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Bumpers and stickers - check all cabinets for bumpers along with stickers that apply. </span> </li>\n<li><span>Panels - confirm panels are finished on the proper ends. </span> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Qualification: </span></span></p>\n<p><span>Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Self Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of ones ability using his or her own drive or initiative.</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Dakota Kitchen &amp; Bath offers a generous benefit package&gt; Medical, Dental &amp; Vision insurance following 60 days of employment, Life insurance, 401k options (after 6 months), paid holidays &amp; PTO as well as employee perks like: monthly employee luncheons, perfect attendance drawings, birthday/work anniversary recognition and year-end bonus opportunities. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply online or stop into our showroom to fill out an application&gt; 4101 N.
