Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Pest Control</strong> <strong>Tech </strong>This position will be stationed out of our Corporate Office, in Piscataway, NJ. </p>\n<p><strong>This position will service our Central Jersey properties </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Be knowledgeable of technical data concerning chemicals used and their application.</li>\n <li> Be knowledgeable of federal, state and local regulations regarding pest control.</li>\n <li> Service all properties and residents according to company standards and procedures.</li>\n <li> Call office regularly as required for messages.</li>\n <li> Complete and submit daily service reports as required.</li>\n <li> Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service stops.</li>\n <li> Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage.</li>\n <li> Maintain service records in accordance with EPA standards.</li>\n <li> Maintain service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.</li>\n <li> Maintain a safe driving record.</li>\n <li> Assist on routes as required by management.</li>\n <li> Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs within prescribed time limits for proper certification.</li>\n <li> Available to work flexible hours as required by customer needs, including evenings, nights, and/or weekends.</li>\n <li> Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li> Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li>\n <li> Ability to write simple correspondence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mathmatical Skills: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.</li>\n <li> Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, Registrations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations.</li>\n <li> Maintain a valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li> Immediately report to management any loss of required license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In return, we offer competitive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental and vision benefits, life insurance, </p>\n<p>a 401(k) with company match and a corporate team environment with opportunity of advancement.
