The Supplemental Team Member is also responsible for carrying out their responsibilities while maintaining required safety and quality standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS:</strong></p><ul><li>Works as a Team Member in a joint effort to maintain safety, improve quality and productivity.</li><li>Performs assigned job tasks at a level which will maintain an orderly flow of product throughout the manufacturing process.</li><li>Each Team Member is required to have the ability to work every workstation they have been trained on without safety and quality issues and have the ability to keep up with cycle time.</li><li>Performs other duties deemed necessary by the Production Supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>PLANNED WORKING SCHEDULE:</strong></p><ul><li>All shifts report Monday through Friday, adding Saturday and Sundays as needed.</li><li>Day shift runs from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm.</li><li>Overtime may be scheduled if required by our customer.</li></ul>",
