The Business Analyst plays an integral role from concept to closure of high profile projects. The Business Analyst focuses on gathering, understanding, analyzing and managing business requirements, and converting them into useable system specifications and communicate those so that IT team members can gave a clear understanding of the business need. The Business Analyst strives in providing more detailed project objectives; business needs, business analysis; structured, clear, useable requirements; requirement feasibility and risk analysis; tradeoff analysis; and cost-benefit analysis.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery team to ensure viable solutions are delivered</li>\n <li>Understand needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate negotiation into one project scope</li>\n <li>Build business relationships both across the enterprise and within the technology team</li>\n <li>Identify current and future state business processes and become subject matter expert</li>\n <li>Lead design/requirements review meetings.</li>\n <li>Assist with daily stand-ups, grooming sessions and other Scrum ceremonies with the delivery team</li>\n <li>Follow PMO best practices and create necessary artifacts for project facilitation</li>\n <li>Translate requirements into functional documents such as RFP, use cases and wire frames to help the business envision the future state and define scope</li>\n <li>Participate in system deployments and providing hands-on support during hypercare periods</li>\n <li>Evaluate vendors and help ensure their solutions are viable for successful in deployments</li>\n <li>Develop system test plans, objectives, and cases/scripts and participate in testing activities (when needed)</li>\n <li>Track issues, risks and action items to resolution</li>\n <li>Assist in triaging support issues and participate in system outage resolutions</li>\n <li>Participate in on-call rotations, triaging after-hours or weekend issues, assessing severity and impact, and coordinating with leadership for resolution</li>\n <li>Manage a list of enhancements and help facilitate improvements to existing solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT Business Analyst role </li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or 3 years progressive work experience</li>\n <li>Must be detailed oriented with excellent problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Must have strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be proficient with the Microsoft products (Visio, SharePoint, Office, OneNote) </li>\n <li>Previous hospitality or theme park experience is desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills & Key Competencies: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong experience in requirements elicitation and analysis</li>\n <li>Proficiency in creating use cases, user stories, and test case identification</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, teams, and leadership</li>\n <li>Knowledge of deployment processes, change management, and release planning</li>\n <li>Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and addressing business queries</li>\n <li>Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and production issue triage</li>\n <li>Experience with continuous improvement processes and gap analysis</li>\n <li>Proficient in tools for project management, documentation, and communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>GLOTECH, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.</strong></p>",
