    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong><u>Summary of Duties</u></strong></p><p>Directly responsible for food production in a Quick Service Establishment.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure strict compliance with standardized recipes.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and/or monitor all food production.</li><li>Ensures safe and sanitary practices are adhered to in accordance with company and facility policies.</li><li>Follows all proper food safety procedures during preparation and cooking including maintaining all logs and labels.</li><li>Ensures that all food is cooked and served at the correct temperature at all times.</li><li>Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently, effectively, and professionally at all times.</li><li>Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of equipment throughout shift, proactively stays busy. &nbsp;</li><li>Clean and sanitize all required equipment and tools as required: daily, weekly and monthly.</li><li>Confirm compliance with all sanitation and health and safety standards.</li><li>May assist in taking inventory.</li><li>May assist in verifying deliveries.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform morning kitchen set up and/or evening shut down duties.&nbsp;</li><li>Reports damaged and inoperable equipment(s) to manager on duty.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills, team player, respectable, dependable and possesses professionalism.</li><li>Problem solving capabilities and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.</li><li>Collaborative attitude with an emphasis on excellent customer service.</li><li>Self motivated, can work independently, listens and follows directions.</li><li>Must have the ability to multi-task with strong time management strengths.</li><li>Must have a solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and related processes.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This position may require bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking.</p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
