Accountable to assess business opportunities, drive key insights, and deliver on new growth initiatives. Effectively works cross-functionally with multiple departments (legal, product, risk, marketing, and operations) to identify growth opportunities and ensure partners have all the tools to run a successful program.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of 10-20 accounts to foster long-term, strategic business relationships with our partners.</li><li>Lead discussions with partners about their needs and growth opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Set partner growth plans, driving analytics, and delivering recommendations to current and new partners.</li><li>Work directly with external partners to generate new leads and customers, developing marketing strategies and identifying new acquisition opportunities for personal loan product.</li><li>Formulate strategies and initiatives to grow partner portfolio through insights and data around product, operations, marketing, customer experience and more.</li><li>Monitor partner portfolio reporting and updates and present to pertinent committees and/or business lines, as needed.</li><li>Responsible for key performance indicators of each partnership to ensure customer centric goals are met while maintaining profitability and efficiency.</li><li>Advocate internally for partner needs and complete product feedback loops to help guide product roadmap direction.</li><li>Collaborate across the organization to review, expand, and improve LendingPoint&rsquo;s product and relationship with the partner.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of business decisions and system changes (i.e., risk, product, operations) that affect partners.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.)</li><li>Proven experience managing business client relationships in a banking, technology, or marketing position</li><li>Firm grasp on current and emerging banking and lending technologies</li><li>Track record of successfully driving projects from end to end (from building strategy to execution)</li><li>Ability to think critically and make solid strategic decisions to achieve business goals</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally</li></ul></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
