    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Chemical Technician supports field operations by managing, monitoring, and optimizing chemical treatment programs across oil and gas facilities. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems across wells, pipelines, and production facilities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine sampling and testing of water, oil, and gas to evaluate treatment effectiveness </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adjust chemical injection rates based on field conditions and lab results </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot chemical pumps, injection systems, and related equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, inventory, and treatment performance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate chemical deliveries and manage on-site inventory levels </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals in accordance with safety and environmental regulations </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with operations, production, and engineering teams to optimize chemical programs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct field inspections to identify corrosion, scaling, paraffin, or other production issues </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and hazard communication standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of experience in oil and gas, chemical treating, or related field required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic understanding of chemical treatment processes (corrosion inhibition, scale control, etc.)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with chemical injection systems and field equipment preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, fit for duty and agility.  </li>\n</ul>",
