    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "Perform special duties as assigned. Provide additional video support and assist the lead videographer. Fulfill high priority and high visibility assignments that include the Governor's Office, Cabinet offices, VDOT and other federal, state, and local agencies and routine assignments. \n<br>\n<br><b>How you will contribute:</b>\n<br>\n<li>Perform duties as assigned.:</li>\n<li>Project Development: Ensure information is researched and written for accurate, concise, interesting presentation. Assist with the development of video strategies to achieve client objectives.</li>\n<li>Project Support: Complete paperwork for each assignment at completion. Clean, maintain and perform minor repairs to video equipment. Assist department and agency employees with basic script writing and storyboarding techniques to produce specific small audience presentations or for use for in developing large scale productions. Manage video production projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating logistics and resources effectively.</li>\n<li>Technical Assistance: Document and track all work activities on the work log. Advise clients on proper video production and editing techniques while on location or in the studio. Consult with clients on minor and simple video production to determine the desired finished product. Troubleshoot technical issues including malfunctions related to camera, lighting, and audio to ensure efficient production.</li>\n<li>Video Production: Produce video by acquiring footage with appropriate locations, backgrounds, narration, music, lighting, props, and photographic, sound and video equipment. Edit, author and incorporate raw video, audio, music, text, still images and computer-generated graphics into productions ensuing high quality and polished results. Back up all project and program-related items, including archived materials. Ensure retention of raw video for assigned projects. Align create video concepts with business objectives, contributing to project and brand strategy.
