CAP, JCAHO)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>High School diploma or equivalent.  Phlebotomy course, Medical Assistant, Associate of Arts, preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>Experience with phlebotomy, preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: </strong> Communication skills including reading, writing & speaking fluent english, Adaptability, customer/patient focused, Interpersonal skills and Self-development.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Lifting Requirements:  </strong>Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.  The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.</p>",
