The pace is fast but the rewards of working at DeCrescente are great! If you&rsquo;re not afraid of hard work, this job may be for you.</p><p><em><strong>Full-Time:&nbsp;</strong></em><em>Monday- Thursday 6pm-4:45am</em></p><p>Base Pay: $24.25/hr.</p><p>*Can make up to $33.25/hour with generous volume-based incentive pay</p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\"><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>The 3rd Shift Order Selectors are responsible for the safe and accurate selection, checking and loading of product onto route trucks, and ensuring that all company safety policies are followed at all times. In addition, 3rd Shift Order Selectors perform other work assignments as directed by the Outbound Warehouse Manager. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Nothing in this job description restricts management&#39;s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</li><li>All employees are held accountable for practicing and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;Business</strong></p><ul><li>Utilize the voice pick system, retrieve product from the pick area for beverage center and/or route truck for pick-up or delivery</li><li>Verify the accuracy of each load based on the load sheet and coordinate with the loader to ensure corrections are made as necessary</li><li>Palletize and shrink wrap product when necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Load route box and side-load trucks by order or by specific brand&nbsp;</li><li>Check for damaged product to ensure that product does not get loaded and shipped to the customer</li><li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Night Warehouse Manager</li></ul><p><strong>People</strong></p><ul><li>Support Re-stockers, Loaders and Checkers in their respective functions</li></ul><p><strong>Self-Organization</strong></p><ul><li>Pick-up breakage, miscellaneous wood, and plastic from the work area</li><li>Maintain general housekeeping standards</li><li>Conduct end of shift cleanup procedures</li><li>Productivity &ndash; all selectors must maintain a pick rate of 250+ cases per man-hour.</li><li>Quality (Accuracy &amp; Breakage) &ndash; all selectors are expected to achieve or exceed the goal of .51 cases/1,000 case equivalents picked.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Skills:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High School graduate or general education degree (GED)</li><li>3 months or more warehouse or related experience</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to comply with company safety procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to safely operate all required equipment (i.e. Forklift, Walkie Rider.)</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Shift Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work additional hours as needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Use and maintenance of company-issued equipment.</li><li>Must speak to supervisor<strong>&nbsp;</strong>to notify him/her any time prior to the beginning of work shift when calling in sick. &nbsp;Voice mail or e-mail messages are not acceptable replacements.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Environment &amp; Physical Demands</u></strong></p><ul><li>Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures</li><li>For all on-the-job injuries or accidents, must notify Safety Officer, supervisor, and Human Resources immediately (no later than 1 hour)</li><li>Ability to lift 20-40lbs on frequently &ndash; workload requires lifting at least 250 cases of 20-40 lbs. each per hour</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 165 lbs.</li><li>Ability to stand or walk for extensive periods during each shift</li><li>Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, twist and crouch</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Check us out</strong></p><p>Health Benefits (Medical, Dental and vision) after 30 days</p><p>401(k) with Generous Company Match</p><p><strong>FREE</strong> Onsite Wellness Center for Medical Care and Physical Therapy</p><p><strong>FREE</strong> Onsite Fitness Center Access</p><p>Employee Purchase Discount Program</p><p>Generous Paid Time Off (Including your birthday!)</p><p>Holidays (Including a Super Bowl Holiday!)</p><p>Family Oriented Activities and Events</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
