    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><br>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Machine Operator&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Position Description:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The Machine Operator performs equipment setup and operates machines in a safe and effective manner. &nbsp;This person performs a wide rage of electro-mechanical assembly duties as well as conducts quality checks ensuring quality meets or exceeds expectations. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The ideal candidate possesses commitment to continuous improvement and a confident drive to win attitude. They will be able to demonstrate intense collaboration and teamwork with a focus and passion for customers and quality. &nbsp;This candidate will also demonstrate thoughtful and disciplined execution while maintaining time sensitive goals.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Major Responsibilities Include:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Setup and operate a variety of machines in production to assemble printed circuit boards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Interpret and follow standard procedures, written assembly instructions, assembly drawings and engineering documentation to achieve quality and production goals&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Document operating parameters and other operator level preventative maintenance on equipment including basic daily cleaning of machine surfaces, scrap bins, and surrounding production areas.
