This role will partner closely with executive leadership and revenue teams to drive forecasting accuracy, unit-economics discipline, and data-driven growth decisions.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for a finance leader with strong startup experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning</li>\n<li>Build and maintain 3-statement models and scenario analyses</li>\n<li>Deliver monthly management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis</li>\n<li>Prepare Board and investor materials</li>\n<li>Partner with department leaders on headcount planning and spend management</li>\n<li>Improve forecasting processes, tools, and financial rigor as the company scales</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps</li>\n<li>Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and quota capacity models</li>\n<li>Analyze and optimize unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, retention)</li>\n<li>Support pricing, packaging, and deal economics</li>\n<li>Design and evaluate sales compensation and incentive plans</li>\n<li>Provide ROI analysis for growth initiatives and market expansion</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Strategic Finance</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and scale a high-performing FP&amp;A / GTM finance team</li>\n<li>Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecast, and reporting</li>\n<li>Support strategic initiatives including fundraising, M&amp;A, and partnerships</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10–15+ years of experience in Finance, FP&amp;A, or Strategic Finance</li>\n<li>Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup (Series B–D preferred)</li>\n<li>Strong GTM finance experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams</li>\n<li>Advanced financial modeling and Excel / Google Sheets skills</li>\n<li>Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models</li>\n<li>Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior leaders</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The salary range for this role is $225,000–$275,000.
