We&rsquo;re seeking an <strong>Electrical Leader</strong> to work alongside and support our skilled electricians in the layout and installation of electrical components for automation tooling systems. The Electrical Leader will provide leadership, training and daily assignments. Let&rsquo;s build something great together.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a specialist in the layout and installation of electrical components for tooling, ensuring functionality and compliance with electrical standards.</li><li>Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop a team of electricians to achieve operational excellence.</li><li>Execute tasks with a focus on optimizing time, cost efficiency, and functional performance.</li><li>Complete tooling assignments using engineering drawings, customer specifications, and technical manuals.</li><li>Identify and diagnose electrical issues; recommend and implement necessary adjustments or repairs.</li><li>Mark up engineering drawings to reflect changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure adherence to procedures and best practices to minimize defects and improve product reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet site performance metrics and production schedules.</li><li>Uphold company policies and maintain strict compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Electrician Journeyman Card, vocational/technical certification, or 8+ years of electrical experience in a machine tool shop.</li><li>Effective leadership and team-building skills. &nbsp;Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; --tw-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-ring-inset: ; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-color: rgba(59,130,246,.5); --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 #0000; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 #0000;\" id=\"isPasted\">Strong commitment to safety standards. Safety for Supervisor certification is a plus.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and laying out equipment per blueprints.</li><li>Knowledge of welding, automated assembly, and electrical standards.</li><li>Experience in tooling assembly and setup.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Work Environment</strong>: This position operates in a manufacturing site environment. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work type &amp; Expected hours of work:&nbsp;</strong> Regularly works on-site at local Paslin location, either Hoover, 10-Mile or Cherry Creek. Must be flexible to work at any of these three locations as needed for an extended period of time. Typical work schedule for this role is 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business. &nbsp;Hours may flex up to 12 hours per day during key phases of the project.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist.
