This brand-new, state-of-the-art 226-bed acute care hospital serves as a regional hub for advanced, patient-centered care, offering a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and community impact.\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*** Relocation Assistance ***</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sign-On Bonus May be Available!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Remote 1-2 days/ per week and flexible schedule!</strong></p>\n<p>Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks across inpatient and outpatient settings;</li>\n <li>drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;</li>\n <li>oversee rollout of department programs and initiatives, as necessary;</li>\n <li>facilitate local community and wellness initiatives;</li>\n <li>provide training and education to the food service staff, as well as interdisciplinary healthcare professionals; </li>\n <li>be the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff and represent the department on hospital wide committees; and</li>\n <li>serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team and assist in operational management as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.</p>\n<p>Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners</p>",
