Working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment, the clinician delivers immediate crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term therapeutic support to individuals and families experiencing mental health emergencies.</span></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\"><span><span>Core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating individualized intervention and referral plans, and determining appropriate levels of care. All services are delivered through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered lens.</span></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\"><span><span>In addition to direct clinical care, the ED Crisis Clinician serves as a key resource to the interdisciplinary team, offering consultation on the psychosocial dimensions of patient care.
