We have a team of over 100 full time award winning professionals spanning creative, digital, events, activation, entertainment and sponsorship departments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a 12 month contract who will play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support across our four global offices. Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, this role ensures the effective execution of HR strategies, the consistent application of policies and the delivery of high-quality HR services. If you would like to be a part of our award-winning team here at Verve, we would love to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strong day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across our four office locations</li>\n<li>Support and coach managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies</li>\n<li>Manage employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)</li>\n<li>Support recruitment activity including job specs, advertising, and interview coordination</li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation, ensuring all HR practices remain compliant with statutory obligations.</li>\n<li>Monitor absence trends and support wellbeing and return-to-work processes</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation</li>\n<li>Lead HR reporting and manage ongoing HR projects and process improvements</li>\n<li>Manage HR operational processes including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.</li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement of HR policies and practice</li>\n<li>Assist with performance review cycles and goal alignment.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify legal or operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 year’s experience in a HR Generalist or HR Operations role across Ireland and UK. </li>\n<li>CIPD Accreditation</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of core HR processes and best practice</li>\n<li>Strong, hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Irish &amp; UK employment law</li>\n<li>Familiarity with HR systems and data management</li>\n<li>Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels</li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment </li>\n<li>Experience in a standalone role with full ownership of the HR function desired </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are a vibrant and lively agency so the candidate needs to fit in with this culture.
