Ability to communicate issues as they occur.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently.</li>\n<li>Works well both as a team and as an individual.</li>\n<li>Demonstration of very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
