    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time PACU RN to join our upscale plastic surgery center in Huntersville, NC! This position would be 2 days a week, about 16-20 hours a week, between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.<p><br></p><p><strong>A bit about the position:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Providing PACU coverage to 2 patients at a time; assisting with OR turnover, stocking supplies and daily perioperative tasks for surgical case preparation.</p><p><strong>What you can expect in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitoring post-operative patients who are in the immediate phases of recovery from a surgical procedure through discharge.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, level of consciousness, perform dressing changes, administer necessary medications.</li><li>Assess overall status and educate patients and their families about home care instructions.</li><li>Proper EMR documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>What we are looking for in a candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate&#39;s degree required. Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred.</li><li>Valid RN license required.</li><li>2 years of RN experience. PACU experience required.&nbsp;</li><li>Preop experience preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Equivalent combination of school and work experience.</li><li>Self-driven, able to work as part of a team and motivated for a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Critical thinking skills and ability to concentrate.</li><li>Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
