      "content": "<h3>Transportation &amp; Equipment Handling</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations and company standards</li>\n<li>Safely transport heavy equipment, machinery, and materials to and from work locations</li>\n<li>Verify load securement and required permits for oversized or overweight equipment</li>\n<li>Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and mobilizing equipment and materials</li>\n\n<h3>Field Operations</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Participate in daily safety meetings and work planning discussions</li>\n<li>Support railroad recovery operations, load transfers, and track maintenance projects</li>\n<li>Assist with crane setup, inspections, and operational support</li>\n<li>Connect and manage chains, cables, rigging, and winching systems during lifting and recovery activities</li>\n<li>Operate heavy equipment and specialty machinery when qualified</li>\n<li>Perform site cleanup and demobilization activities upon project completion</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment Operation &amp; Maintenance</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Operate machinery such as:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Excavators</li>\n<li>Backhoes</li>\n<li>Grapple trucks</li>\n<li>Dump trucks</li>\n<li>Cranes</li>\n<li>Skid steers</li>\n<li>Front-end loaders</li>\n<li>Additional construction and rail-support equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Utilize hydraulic, electrical, welding, cutting, and hand tools safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment performance and report operational concerns</li>\n<li>Complete minor maintenance and service tasks as assigned</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment assembly, disassembly, and transport preparation</li>\n\n<h3>General Duties</h3>\n\n<li>Restock vehicles, tools, and equipment following project completion</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas</li>\n<li>Support other operational departments when business needs require</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</li>\n</ul></li></ul></ul></ul>"
