When you train here, you’re not just learning skills - you’re joining a care team that makes a difference every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Healthcare careers don’t start by accident - they start with action.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Apply today to begin your CNA training journey at Elderwood at North Creek and build a future you can be proud of.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>112 Ski Bowl Rd, North Creek, NY 12853</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>(CNA Training Track - Support Aide):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Transport residents or accompanies ambulatory residents as assigned to various locations in the building including the dining room, activity program areas, therapy or treatment areas.</li>\n <li>Make unoccupied resident beds, as assigned.</li>\n <li><p>Assist in the Dining Room with food service to residents, under the direction of licensed therapy staff; duties include passing trays, cutting meat, opening cartons or other containers.</p></li>\n <li><p>Distribute supplemental nourishments to residents who do not need to be fed, as directed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct informal activities on the nursing unit when time permits, as directed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Supply fresh water in resident's rooms, as directed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare bed and bedwear of resident's at hour of sleep, as assigned.</p></li>\n <li><p>Help keep general areas of the assigned nursing unit neat and orderly, as directed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean resident's equipment (wheelchair/geri chair, bed, etc.), as assigned.</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep the rooms of residents orderly, as assigned.</p></li>\n <li><p>Notify therapist of any unusual incidents regarding residents. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>(CNA Training Track - Support Aide):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sixteen (16) years of age required; high school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Employment Certificate/Permit required for 16-17 years of age. </li>\n <li>No findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment and misappropriation of property through any current or previous licensing agency.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
