    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Handles all technical inquiries from field personnel, Sales, CMG, and IMG</li>\n    <li>Investigate field issues to ensure cause is understood and repair method is sound. &nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Manages QA-22 system for the region, determining issue and cause.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Analyzes QA-22 data for trends and implements necessary changes or additional training as needed. &nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Coordinates sample taking and lab testing.</li>\n    <li>Provides onsite training on new products, new techniques, etc. for all field personnel as required</li>\n    <li>Responsible for quote/order review to ensure proper products, coverage, labor, and details are accounted for to ensure a quality installation</li>\n    <li>Works specifically with new TM’s and all field personnel to ensure they become technically competent with regard to site evaluation, quoting, detail handling, jobsite role and quality audits.</li>\n    <li>Conducts quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel.</li>\n   </ul>\n   <p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering</li>\n    <li>Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.</li>\n    <li>Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.</li>\n    <li>Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.</li>\n    <li>Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.</li>\n   </ul>\n   <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li>\n    <li>This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.</li>\n   </ul>\n   <p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p>\n   <p><strong>Base Salary Range:</strong> $60,000 - $75,000</p>\n   <p><strong>Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average):</strong> approx. $5,000 - $15,000</p>\n   <p><strong>Supplemental Pay Types:</strong> Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses</p>\n   <p><strong>Benefits:</strong> 401k w/ company match after 6 months, Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, flexible schedule, life insurance, tuition reimbursement</p>\n   <p>These ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs and other considerations permitted by law.</p>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
