Responsible for supporting critical production applications, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system stability, and partnering with business and technology teams in a global financial markets environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide L2/L3 production support for GMI and related trading applications.</li><li>Support GMI core modules including COPYFDC, BOFSET1C, BMERGE, Trade Load, and associated processes.</li><li>Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.</li><li>Monitor application performance and ensure platform stability.</li><li>Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and developers across global locations.</li><li>Participate in releases, upgrades, and Follow-the-Sun support activities.</li></ul>",
