    "description": "<p>Family Health Care is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Integrated Behavioral Health &amp; Substance Use Disorder Therapist (IBH-SUD) to join our Cadillac clinic. This full-time role provides mental health and substance use disorder services within an integrated primary care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) environment. The clinician will work closely with medical providers, behavioral health staff, and community partners to support patients with co-occurring mental health and SUD needs. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaborative care, evidence-based practices, and serving rural and underserved communities. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide integrated behavioral health services embedded within the MAT workflow.</li>\n<li>Conduct SUD and mental health assessments, including SBIRT screening. </li>\n<li>Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and brief CBT. </li>\n<li>Facilitate 8-10 week SUD group treatment cycles.</li>\n<li>Support MAT engagement, adherence, and relapse-prevention strategies.</li>\n<li>Reduce no-show rates through engagements, reminders, and addressing treatment barriers.</li>\n<li>Provide crisis intervention, care coordination, and warm handoffs to internal and external partners. </li>\n<li>Participate in referral-tracking, follow-up, and quality improvement activities. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.</li>\n<li>Active Michigan licensure: LMSW - Clinical, LPC, LPCC, LLP, or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Experience working with SUD, MAT, or co-occurring disorders preferred.</li>\n<li>Training in MI, CBT, SBIRT, or willingness to obtain training. </li>\n<li>Comfort working in fast-paced, team-based primary care settings. </li>\n<li>Strong communication, engagement, and crisis-management skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Location(s): Cadillac, MI</span></p>\n<p><span>Employment Type: Full Time</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Family Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></span></p>",
