The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with experience selling LED display, signage, or lighting solutions and a passion for technology-driven products. Sun-Source | Privacy Policy #electromaticassc Essential Functions Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue and growth objectives Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, trade shows, market research, and outbound sales activity Present and demonstrate LED display, lighting, and signage solutions to customers and prospects Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to achieve joint sales goals and deliver customer solutions Prepare proposals, pricing, quotations, and sales agreements Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline reporting Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including issue resolution and post-sale follow-up Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in: LED displays Digital signage Commercial lighting Visual communication solutions Industrial automation or related technical products Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver’s license required Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel Why work for us?
