This position typically involves strategic leadership, technical expertise and ensuring that the products meet established quality standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Developing And Implementing Quality Standards: Establishing and maintaining quality control standards and procedures that align with industry regulations, customer requirements, and organizational goals. This includes developing quality assurance policies, quality manuals, and ensuring adherence throughout the organization.</li>\n <li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all quality control activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, standards and codes. The individual needs to Stay informed about regulatory changes within the industry and communicate changes to the organization.</li>\n <li>Quality Improvement Initiative: This individual will be required to identify opportunities for process improvement, defect reduction, and enhanced efficiency through data analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical techniques. They will be responsible to Lead or support cross-functional quality improvement projects to achieve measurable quality objectives.</li>\n <li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing quality data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, predict potential issues and make data-driven decisions. Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for management review and strategic planning.</li>\n <li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with other departments such as estimating, engineering, project planning, and fabrication shop to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support new product solutions.</li>\n <li>Mentoring and Training: Provide training, coaching and mentorship to junior quality control professionals on quality control principles, techniques and best practices. Promoting a culture of quality, excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>4 year degree in a related field plus two years' experience in construction quality control</li>\n <li>10 years in construction quality control for similar facilities such as construction installations on large, commercial buildings.</li>\n <li>OSHA 30</li>\n <li>20 hours Continuing Education</li>\n <li>Ability to act as a specialist in quality control, keeping up with changes in the industry and updating staff as well as corporate for any necessary procedural updates.</li>\n <li>Quality Control training is required.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of construction codes for mechanical, electrical and plumbing.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements as it pertains to quality control.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand construction documents (contracts/subcontracts, purchase documents, plans and specifications.)</li>\n <li>Proven ability to supervise, communicate and lead project personnel.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Construction claims experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
