    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objectives of this role / About the job</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve and exceed revenue targets and assets under advisement (AUA).</li>\n<li>Grow recurring income through fee-based advisory relationships.</li>\n<li>Continuously improve expertise through professional development and certifications.</li>\n<li>Leverage financial tools and technology to improve efficiency and client experience.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></li>\n<li>Actively study the mutual fund universe available to the client to identify and recommend optimal solutions that support client goals and portfolio outcomes.</li>\n<li>Deliver suitable investment solutions aligned with client risk profiles, time horizons, and regulatory guidelines.</li>\n<li>Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing to manage volatility and protect capital.</li>\n<li>Translate complex investment concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients.<br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and experiences:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outstanding personal and professional relationship within the affluent segment</li>\n<li>Excellent client- and service -orientation as well as outstanding communication skills</li>\n<li>Strong financial product knowledge and technical competence in the understanding, development, and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude</li>\n<li>Proven track record in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients is essential</li>\n<li>Drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high-performance culture</li>\n<li>Committed and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and to meet company's policies and obligations<br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li>\n<li>License: IC Complex 2 License is required</li>\n<li>At least 7 years of experience in wealth management is a must</li>\n<li>Proficiency in English is preferable</li>\n</ul>",
