Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a<strong> Regional Fleet Manager </strong>to join our team in<strong> Portland, OR</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The R<strong>egional Fleet Manager </strong>oversees the operational performance, maintenance, and strategic utilization of fleet assets across multiple utility service areas. This role ensures vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, and available to support field operations, emergency response, and infrastructure projects. The manager leads regional fleet teams and collaborates with cross-functional departments to optimize fleet efficiency and sustainability.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Fleet Operations & Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage day-to-day operations of fleet assets across assigned regions.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.</li>\n <li>Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate asset allocation based on operational needs.</li>\n <li>Driving will OR may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure fleet operations comply with DOT, OSHA, EPA, CARB and internal safety standards.</li>\n <li>Conduct audits and inspections to maintain regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Support driver safety programs and incident investigations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Budget & Cost Control</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and manage regional fleet budgets, including maintenance, fuel, and capital expenditures.</li>\n <li>Track and analyze fleet costs to identify savings opportunities.</li>\n <li>Negotiate service contracts and vendor agreements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technology & Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize fleet management systems and telematics to monitor performance and usage.</li>\n <li>Generate reports on KPIs such as fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and downtime.</li>\n <li>Support implementation of EVs and sustainable fleet initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise fleet mechanics, Fleet Supervisors and support staff.</li>\n <li>Provide training and development opportunities.</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li>\n <li>5+ years of fleet management experience, preferably in utilities or public infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance, and fleet technologies.</li>\n <li>Experience managing multi-site operations and teams.</li>\n</ul> \n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Familiarity with utility fleet types (bucket trucks, service vans, trailers, etc.).</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in fleet software (e.g., Samsara, Geotab, Fleetio).</li>\n   <li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li>\n   <li>Experience with sustainability and alternative fuel initiatives.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> </p>\n<p>Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefit plan which includes the following: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Voluntary Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Voluntary Short Term & Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  <strong><em>Henkels & McCoy West, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.</em> </strong></p>",
