In this role, you’ll coach and support adults as they complete training, secure employment, and build long-term career stability - while making a lasting impact in your community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you enjoy variety in your workday, meaningful work that changes lives, workforce development, community engagement, or helping people reach their goals, this could be an excellent fit.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL DO</span></p>\n<p>As a Career Planner, you’ll guide participants through every stage of their career journey - from enrollment and goal setting to training completion and employment success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building supportive relationships with participants and helping them navigate career pathways</li>\n<li>Providing ongoing support and guidance throughout participants’ career journeys</li>\n<li>Helping participants identify strengths, set goals, and develop individualized career and training plans</li>\n<li>Providing career coaching, resume support, interview preparation, and job search guidance</li>\n<li>Coordinating supportive services and connecting participants to community resources</li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate case documentation and data tracking</li>\n<li>Collaborating with employers, training providers, and community partners</li>\n<li>Supporting participant success and program goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</span></p>\n<p>We’re especially interested in candidates who have experience In:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coaching, mentoring, or advising others</li>\n<li>Recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition</li>\n<li>Workforce development or employment services</li>\n<li>Human services or community outreach</li>\n<li>Customer service and relationship-building</li>\n<li>Education, training, or nonprofit work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Don’t Check Every Box? </span>We still encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p>People with experience in coaching, recruiting, customer service, education, healthcare support, nonprofit work, workforce development, or community engagement often succeed in this role.
