          "text": "<p>We are seeking a&#xa0;<strong>Transportation Engineer with a&#xa0;minimum of&#xa0;6&#xa0;years of experience </strong>for our expanding Civil Transportation Group.&#xa0;In this role&#xa0;you will focus on roadway design and support the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from early pursuits and proposal support through planning, design,&#xa0;permitting, and construction. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams to help ensure projects meet technical expectations&#xa0;and schedule milestones.&#xa0;We will challenge you to stretch outside your comfort zone with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.           "text": "<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate for this Transportation Engineer position is $95,000 - $115,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. At KPFF, you get paid for every hour you work -- Flex time is earned for any overtime based on total work hours per month.
