This is not just about troubleshooting, you will be diving into user challenges, identifying root causes, and helping shape a seamless product experience Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat with clarity, professionalism, and empathy • Investigate and resolve technical issues by replicating client scenarios and identifying root causes • Log, manage, and monitor support tickets through to resolution • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and improve help guides and self-service resources • Capture user feedback and insights to help improve the product About You • You have experience in a customer support or technical support role • You are curious, analytical, and love solving problems • You are confident communicating with customers and can explain complex ideas simply • You are adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with a calm and positive approach • Experience in real estate, property technology, or SaaS is a bonus
